Your circuit is set to 10hz. Look on the scope for the little grey bar that says 100ms. Observe the input completes one cycle every 100ms. 100ms = .1S therefore one cycle every 100ms = 10hz (0.1 x 10 = 1.0). Notice if you reduce the frequency of the input to 1hz the little grey bar now indicates one complete cycle every 1S, one cycle at 1S = 1hz. So the speed does change, but the program adjusts the scope (like you would do on a real one) so it's easier to see/ understand.
