Auto light on when electricity shot down

This circuit really simple, battery automatically get charge when it connect to ac power, but when ac power shot-down, the light automatically on, powered by battery.

With a mechanical relay, all you need is a power source, eg 9v to drive the relay..

when power is on, the relay is on, when the power drops, the relay goes off and your light comes on
