We use a relay and a push-button to decide which LED gets lit. If we press the push-button, the current flows through the relay, the internal non-relaxed state switch gets triggered, allowing the blue LED to get lit. If the push-button is not pressed, the relay stays in its relaxed state and the current flows through the red LED, allowing it to get lit.
