The following circuit increases the given current and voltage but this circuit is difficult to stabilize if you are able to  stabilize the supplied current  this can be very useful.

            Possible fields of application : industries, can be a substitute for fuels in automobiles, and possibly can light hundreds of houses.

Unrealistic, really. A constant current source with that much power.
