This circuit shows the use of a very low RDS(on) value of a P-channel MOSFET as reverse voltage protection.
This can be done by using A03401 mosfet or A19T. and diode can be 1N5240B.
Unlike a simple diode to reverse protect, the voltage drop in this circuit is very low and can withstand a high current without getting hot.
