Transistor flashing LED problem. Almost solved.

This works on a bread board but not here. Why ?

Because each component in the app has perfect values. Example, batteries have no internal resistance.

I got it working. Add a 100kΩ resistor from the collector to emitter on the PNP transistor and wind up the DC beta on the NPN transistor to 800. I'm not very good with oscillators, so I don't know why this works. I imagine it has something to do with non-ideal transistors.

The components all look good. All you have to do is kick-start it by shaking your mobile device, and it should come to life. Alternatively, you can place a power switch in series with the 9V source.

OK, good. I just didn't know if you knew that oscillators need a little jump to get started. Good job 👍

Works live without the 100k and you can play with the resistor and capacitor values.
