Nice work. And I agree with Rich about the op amp. Also make sure you're using a high speed mosfet, otherwise bad things happen

This is reaaaally bad 1)you have to tune it and 2)that opamp is really hard to find in my opinion a pll with cd4046 and a push pull for the mosfets will work much better
