In France, the voltage is sinusoidal with RMS value 230V. So peak value is 325 V and peak to peak is 650 V.
In 3 phases mode, all these value are multiplicated by ✔3 (1.732) and you get 398 RMS V, 563 peak V and 1126 V peak to peak.
