Now, I'm not exactly sure if this will work without any issues (so far nothing has come to mind), however bootstrapping the MOS driver stage can work to allow the MOS to fully open for the whole output swing, even close to ,,saturation''. The idea is that with most MOSFETs, the output is limited due to this Vgs of the MOS, which is around 4V. This workaround successfully raises the driving voltage to way above the rail supply, as to bootstrap the MOSFET and allow it to work almost rail-to-rail.
