In this case I place a cap e.g. 500pF to + input and ground of opamp. This cap does not change the behaviour but avoids CFS. Cheers.

Try to turn the opamp down to 5v/v

This is the way I fix EC problems with positive feedback like this schmitt trigger makes. The size of cap depends on R connected to and simulation speed.
