Capacitors at low voltages in EveryCircuit are strange

I'm not sure what's going on with the capacitors here but it's definitely not what should be happening.

I think that is some bug in system.

There is definitely no bug in the system, poorly designed circuits can give unexpected results.

With uV, you are runningninto the limitations of the simulator. At some point the rounding errors or floating point math have a noticable effect.
