anyone know why the output of the transformer turns to alternating current even though there are diodes in series? even if i put a 1 meg resister across the terminals, it still creeps into alternating current.

I'm not an expert in high-voltage circuits, but it may have something to do with the 2 kV jump in less than 100 ns across a reverse-biased diode.. I think it may be the reverse-bias diode capacitance coupling from the input to the output. Try putting some reasonable parasitics to smooth out the simulation. I used to use 1G resistors or very small caps to ground in low-voltage situations to get better numeric solutions. Better yet, also use realistic diode parameters, if you're not already.

I'm not knowledgeable about MOSFET settings but that can affect output of the circuit

Thanks for the comments, i should have mentioned i was trying to model a carthode ray tube flyback transformer which has a built in 30kv Diode Array, this transformer should be putting out 10kv-20kv. Plus i dont know how to configure the transformer properly. The program config parameters dont match the datasheet for my mosfet either so i just ran with default one.

Oh yeah forgot to mention the transformer should be run on a frequency of 10khz - 25khz.
