One of the three capacitors is 100mF so the whole assembly is 99.8mF. The total capacitance of capacitors in series is 1/(1/C1+1/C2+1/C3....). It is exactly the same calculation as if you would parallel resistors. So if your 3 capacitors are all 100F then the total capacitance is 100F/3=33.33F

You should wire the capacitors in parallel, and change the one to 100 f. Also, 100 volts through a 3 volt motor... yikes!

If you have a power supply large enough to drive the motor, what are the capacitors for?
