It's not bad, but it's not quite right. With the emitters tied together it looks to me more like the OR/NOR configuration, but it doesn't do that either. Keep this in mind for your next design: NAND gives positive indicator on three out of four possible inputs- try to achieve equal output values for each one. NAND is stubborn to allow this, but it is possible- good luck!..
