Setting Parameters:
1. Decrease Cap for increase in Load Impedance (ELCU input IO, ideally it would be very high ~ 1Mohm, thus very small cap can be used)
2. Increase Cap for increase signal "On" duration
3. Increase Resister to increase signal reset duration
