After pressing push button the higher current draw through the capacitor in charging state the moment it has few voltage across the capacitor . While charging current drops and voltage increase at the moment zener effect occur and current go through zener Reverse bias and connected series led atart to glow

In simulation it works, but in real life it wouldn't. Take a look at datasheets about any Zener diode. You'll see a minimum and maximum currents. If the Zener is under the minimum, it won't let current pass and if the current is higher than the maximum, it will burn. You can use an op amp to make the same function and even better, you'll have a time control setting. Btw, the high current at the push button will eventually destroy it, you should activate a N-channel MOSFET to discharge the capacitor

Thank for your feedback it made for not for who apply directly to the projects . It just demo working principal anyone can add remove values component their own.

It only works here because you changed the LED working voltage to 100mV, from default of 2V. Find me a 100mV LED.

It made for understand the principal there is no 100mv in the store even if its not why this application makers include 200mv at first place?

And also i include push button for the discharge capacitor . And there no rule adding push button this way. So i know that i made it for demo and understand the principal so you can modify with adding mosfet relays...

Default LED voltage is 2V, 2000mV which is correct for a real life component.

It is meaningless to adjust component parameters to random and unreal values - unless it is for your amusement only, in which case it would be better if you saved it ‘Private’ rather than ‘public’.

Nope, adjustment and adding component not my part if you really study electronics you definitely see that demostrate about some principals has not values. I made this for someone can get idea about this schematic for there projects. It doesnt mean this schematic dull

And also if you have experience you can find 15mA LEDs even if it 2V or 20v who knows they need to add switching component rather than LED so your argument pointless and you tried harassment . May be if it complex you can't even think what to type. The real larners take advantage that

It’s good you have changed the led back to its default voltage.

Reducing the resistor from 2k to 100 Ohms now allows the circuit to work.
