Yes that's a good one but i recommend you decrease the overall gain by increasing the 330ohm resistor to 3.3kOhm and increase the input signal to 3V. It's good to keep the overall gain of the power amplifier somewhat low, to increase the stability and decrease the distortion.

Only one note: Maximum power dissipation of a single IRF540 in TO220 package is about 50W. You need three or more to come close to 300W

Yes but IRFP mosfets are 180 to 500W

Yes, TO247 is around <=150Watt
