This was designed for Slow Starter. Simple Comparator on LM358 to give ~5 seconds delay.
Once connected to power source Capacitor will slowly charge via series resistor and then comparator will compare voltage level to specified value on inverted input, if greater than set then comparator will turn on load via output transistor.
Two buttons give some insights, power on simulation and reset button (dump capacitor), thus we can observe delay on output.
RC Time constant can be adjusted via Capacitor (20uF) and series resistor (200k) to reach above (or below) several seconds which is now by design.
