Stabilized Wien Bridge

By Darren de Ronde 2002. It is stabilized by the nonlinearity of the negative feedback loop. By just using diodes a little bit of distortion is introduced. A proper automatic gain control circuit would be to use a JFET driven by the voltage of the diode to limit the amplitude of the oscillation. The historic circuit would accomplish stability with the smooth nonlinearity of a lightbulb.

Is it possible to you to convert 40 or 48 volt DC to 12Volt Dc?

Yes but with a different circuit. Try searching for buck converter.
