555 specifications recommend that R1 & 2 are between 1k & 1M and it is better that R2 is bigger than R1. Also check out this info from 2ctiby http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5214638451195904

Thank you BillyT for your fast answer, that's true that the parameters of the mosfet are not easy to tune as they are not on the component datasheet. The 7A, I want them in the output..

I have changed the mosfet parameters and it does what is expected. I will recalculate the timer components values and make them superior to 1kohm

If you draw 7A from it, the voltage goes down to ~16,5V
