---BASIC THEORY---
A tesla coil is a resonant transformer capable of creating voltages upwards of a million volts. It relies on the principle of LC Oscillations by using two Oscillators designed to work at compatable frequencies, this has a huge amplification factor caused by the phenominen of resonance and boosts the voltage to absurd values, As explained before, Millions of volts (if scaled properly) in the case of this circuit here, its a few 100 Kilovolts. (170kV is the max i have recorded on this.)
