Short-circuit and overcurrent protection on 2 relays.

Relay and transistor based scheme ,transistor compare voltage drop over current-sensing resistor ,if it's rise more than ~0.6 V  ->  transistor opens and relays would be activated.
It's sufficient to put diode and zener diode on relay coil in order to protect transistor.

how ? I've tested but it doesn't have hystersis and we can find some jitter in some point.
