Switching current high power led driver

Not really stable. Sometimes the simulation stop. 
Tried on bread bord with tl081, it work at low frequency like 500hz to 8khz.
But stop working while the ref tension get down to 1,05volt with multimeter. 
So, the sense resistor can't be as low as I want.
Any suggestions?

I think yes, I mean, when I set the divider to the non inverting input down to 1,05 volt. It stop oscillating et the current jump to the maximum value. (n mosfet full on)
