A odd number of stages/diodes does mean you have a doubler plus a bonus track for an AC quadruple the voltage but not as DC. With another stage 4. you would get four times higher output then input. BTW, input at 1V is with solicon diodes a little low. Set that to 10V peak for demonstration and see the charge pump working.

Two more things. The caps needs to be bigger. 10pF is to close to the parasitic capacitance of the diodes. The ground reference is importante to place at the correct side. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5298581794979840

As hurz says, plus another diagram showing a few more things, http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5675620330897408

1uF sound for my ears already dangerous. Think about 325V mains. I would better stay at around 10nF

I didn't do it completely. I will try your suggestion.

Right, now its a voltage trippler, if you pick the right point for output and ground http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5060072865792000
