This circuit is useful when the power button of your PC is broken... You fool the lead sensor to power up the pc automatically when you open the screen... It's a resistor in parallel mode with a cap in the other side both connected to ground the resistor is only to discharge the cap every cycle... The cap is who bring the 3.3v to nearly 0v when the screen is open time to fully charge (a fraction of time less then 5ms)
