So your power dissipation and consuming on 10,5 kohm resistor is around 8,8 watt ... to turn on few led .... no good!

In the end, is dangerous circuit due not galvanic separation from home electric net dostriburion.

4+Watt for the 10.5kOhm and 12Watt for the "3.48kOhm" the least efficient way to power LEDs from mains. Think about your alias "220V" and read something about peak- and rms voltage on Wiki.
