Definitely i make my own pwm sircuit more simple than before since i though it for first time, but it still need a 70-80% input of Duty Cycle. Instead of the adjustable resistor you use an LDR controlled by the light of a LED regulated from feedback output voltage,then easily you can controll the Duty Cycle of a Boost converter.Enjoy.
