20 kHz is noise amplitude 500 mV.
With positive feedback(when switch On) can be eliminate this noise.

Without hysteresis condition(switch Off)
threshold =1.65 V

With hysteresis as positive feedback condition(switch On)
High threshold = 2.2 V
Low threshold = 1.1 V
