why do you have the capasitors?

@firebirdpc I put the capacitor to keep the reference voltage of the transistor constant

@labt10, both transistors are in parallel, do you know transistors do have a negative temperatur coefficient and just parallel them will endup in an disaster.

The non inverting terminals are connected together because both error amps need the same reference voltage. Also, your voltage reference should be better.

Your voltage reference's behaviour should be independent of the input voltage , like this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5806215716929536
