First off, why would you use four 7 segment displays like that? If you used a separate counter and decoder for each of them, it would be more effective than separately. Second, the logic/function source could be achieved in three even simpler ways: if you click on the AC source, there is an option for a square wave generator; and there are dedicated devices called a logic source and a logic train. And now about the LEDs: you can either adjust the voltage of the logic high, or add a 370-ish ohm resistor in series of each LED.

I put a 75 to 100 ohm resister between your leds and ground and fixed the problem.
