In that 2 open terminals is used to connect the part were the voltage to be measured..
But in practical application it will work well with high voltage like 1,2 odd voltages
But when comes to mV range there will be error
But that error is not seen in simulators
What may be the reason?

In simulators dynamic are not taken into consideration..because they keep on changing like johnsons noise humming power supply noise
