vaccuum motor circuit

This is a recreation of the broken pcb for the motor for my vacuum's power head to help diagnose why it's broken. I recreated it as closely as I could manage. If anyone could tell me why the motor isn't running in the sim, or if there's anything I got wrong, it would be very appreciated. You'll notice the two transistors in the middle. There is no thyristor in the component options so I made one by combing a npn and pnp. I'm new to electronics and still learning. Edit. I changed the 3k resistor in the bottom right corner to a different value in the sim and it worked. I think I may have replaced it with the wrong value on the real life board when it first burnt out? Replacing it with a lower resistance in real life makes the motor work but it starts smoking almost immediately.
