The multivibrator is wired incorrectly. You don't want the power rail tied to either 10 ohm resistor. 951V is ridiculous. You'll also want a center tapped transformer. http://www.aaroncake.net/circuits/inverter.gif

Look for my circuit "multivibrator inverter". I'm still having some issues working out the values for the transformer, but the topology is correct.
