Dickson Charge-Pump: 12V-90V DC-to-DC Converter. 555 Timer used for clock. Logic circuit for 2 phase non-overlapping clock. Opamps for charging. Charging cap to be shorted when used in a rail gun. Just add more Diode-Cap stages for higher V-out. I don't know what the theoretical limit is for max V-out.
