This is based on classic instrumentation amplifier structure with a couple more amplification and filtering stages. It is designed for 0-5 V output (2.5 V corresponds to zero response) so that it can be used with an Arduino A/D converter (should be reduced to 0-3.3V for arduino Giga). The voltage sources to the left simulate inputs from a full bridge with offsets, so that the zeroing function of the circuit via the potentiometer can be tested.
