This circuit consists of two current mirrors, emitter follower, SCR, an inverter and a class B emitter follower output stage, except the current mirrors the rest are used to exploit the hysterical property of SCR, the current sources are used to charge the cap to more or less linear ramp...

The problem I had with this circuit is that, the current mirrors are not symmetrical, I mean the discharge current mirror is drawing a large current compared to the other one. I tried to make the reference resistor of the discharge larger but resulted in non linear ramp.....

Flip PNP current source BJTs (emitter and collector must be swapped) to correct it and it should be more or less symetric. Some asymetrie can be corrected as you already tried by change of reference resistors. Its a little asymetric cuz there is some constant base current for the emitter voltage follower connected to the integrating cap.
