Why is there no solution to this op amp const current circuit?

Put a switch between the power source and the rest of the circuit and the simulation will run. Anyway it isn't a constant current source like this

Excellent. Thanks much appreciated. I have now updated the circuit with sensible values and it behaves like a const current source for the 5ohm resistor.
