This is Dave's concept, I just added a discharge resistor (10k) and two loads to see how much current can this circuit handle and a 100mohm resistor to monitor this current
A short press on push button turns on the mosfet and a short press turns it off. If you press it for a longer time it will basculate.
This circuit is ideal for controlling power on an Arduino board (Atmel328P for example)
