The upper two harmonics are 180 degree shifted, cuz they are turn upside down. Check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5545869547405312

Yes, the properties are all 0. But the polarity is swapped for the two upper harmonics and this cause a 180 degree phase shift. I guess you placed them and rotate twice 90 degree left.
