Flip the switch first. 

Okay the power draw was not easy to measure and I'm not completely sure i measured it correctly but i measured it around 45W whereas the output power is 43W. That means efficiency of up to 95% which is theoretically feasible. If someone can average the power draw better, go ahead and give me the results to ammend. The higher the sampling frequency the lower the THD, because the low pass filter will better separate the high frequency component. I recommend a sampling frequency of 1MHz or more. 

⚠ This is a basic concept. A real lofe circuit will need much more complex circuitry for protection and stuff.
