I know electric teaser are sometimes illegal in some states, but it's a great way of defence and knocking down the agresser without killing him, here's how it works:
-12 Voltage supply are generation current that may bother bcz caps and coils don't like it/Can't do high voltages/Can't harm
solution : Turn the DC current into AC, here you can use any inverter you want, I've used NE555 because it's fairly simple to use and control frequency
-Turn these 12 AC (Approximate) into high voltages, best way to do so is a Transformer,
-Rise up the voltage, I've used voltages multiplier with cap and diodes
So what does all this do ? I've input say 20 Watt so the best I can ouput is 20 Watt (It will be less, nothing is perfect), so the 500V will drop the current to few millAms, and few MillAms won't do much !,
That's true, but at high voltages, the current you ignore you skin resistance and it will bump into your blood causing great amounts of pain without inducing death !
