This circuit can be used to reverse a motor when either S/W are
Momentary closed the polarity of the output is changed.
This circuit can be used to reverse a DC motor. The 13k Resistor at the base of the transistor can be switched for a voltage divider or a variable resistor. so the transistor is not totally annihilated with the voltage from the output voltage of pin 3
