This is a simple ESC circuit, composed of only three components, a NPN BJT a 470 uF capacitor and a Potentiometer with a value of 10k, the motor is a 12v rated pc fan, I made this on accident while trying to create a motor driver and LED flasher. The motor has an obviously low load percentage due to its load being a piece of plastic, on account of it having a low starting current. This ESC was made IRL and it worked well as a adjustable cooling fan.
