AC 9V Lightingup LED with Capacitor Discharge

This circuit shows the usage of diode to light up the LED, during positive cycle of a AC 9V 50HZ source. The capacitor discharge maintains the LED lit up. Note that the Scale is at 60ms/s so It appears flickering.
