press the left button to turn to relay on, press the right button to turn the relay off.  the top resistor is a PTC fuse; increase the resistance to 50Ω and the relay will open. 

relay won't latch on again until the PTC has cooled down.

PTC (positive temperature coefficient) fuses are resistors that dramatically increase their resistance as their temperature increases.
