Scott -connection is used to convert 3-phase into 2-phase ...  
Here two type of transformer are present.
When a balance 3-phase supply is supplied to the input the out is achieved at 100 ohm resistance.

Actually your thinking backwards. They have 2 phase generator, the scott t transformer converts it to 3 phase. To do it the way you describe, no transformer is required, only a 3 phase delta high leg source. Much simpler: http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6344623227404288
