12 Hour Clock shows the time in Binary Coded Decimal. A Red LED is binary 1 and a Green LED is a binary 0. Push the buttons to set the Hours and Mins. When initially powered it will say 0 hours, once it cycles thru 12 hours it will go from 1259 to 0100
