Phase 1 - Red and yellow
Phase 2 - green
Phase 3 - yellow
You can use up and down taps or signal source for showcase.
The sequence is but right... Only the perfect timing hasn't been considered at all.
Regarding the timing factor this circuit is kinda nice but at the end of the day pretty useless cause a real traffic light circuit has some different concept.
I made this circuit cause one user did this using way too many logic gates.
The upper gates and the bulb are just decoration and have no influence on the circuit itself. But they show their kind behavior towards the count from 0-3....
