Power suply 1 is solar pannel, chenge this voltage to see.
Power suply 2 is a batery,  dont change the voltagem. 
Fonte 1 é um painel solar, mude a voltagem manualmente e veja a seleção automatica de fonte. 
A fonte 2 é uma bateria, a voltagem d e la não influencia em vada na seleção.

I have a few problems with this system. The voltage of the battery is going to change as it charges.

Also the spread of the on/off function is too small. The circuit will likely oscillate.
