Sorry but this is not a Schmidt trigger. Missing hysteresis.

I don't think Schmidt triggers turn on at the same level than turning off. It's normally that it needs a higher voltage to turn on than off.

The hysteresis is indeed very small and can be increased by rising the 200 ohm resistor. But this increases also the low level of output signal

The initial circuit consists of only the leftmost 2 transistors. And the origin emitter resistor had 200 ohms only. After increasing this resistor and adding two more transistors the hysteresis and also the output voltage swing became extreme.
